Very nice generator, works very well. I been using it on the weekend to install insulation with a electric staple gun.

The only reason its not a 5 star is it doesn’t have a fuel shut off valve to keep it from being ruined by ethanol. So far its been reliable, quit, and useful.

I am very disappointed with this purchase from AMAZON!
I bought this from Amazon Since their Web site gives assurance to customer just in case,. It indicates, that the unit can be returned, exchanged in case of issues.
First this thing is heavy, takes two to move it(put oil and fuel).
2nd, The main reason I chosed this, was that description said “Ultra-Quiet”. Not even close. My husband, that I bought this for to surprise him ,put a load and this thing began to disturb the neighbours. like a fire engine… VERY loud.
What was worst, the white smoke started to come out. After several try. He finally gave up
When called Amazon next day to return, they said no and call factory,.
This is not what thier web says. If was told to contact the factory at the beginning, then it would be another story
Now I am stuck with unit in the garage

I have absolutely NO complaints about this generator. It performed admirably during Hurricane Milton
J –
Started on two pulls and ran like a top after that. Quiet and good quality at a reasonable price.
P Mart –
Worked great during power outage from hurricane to keep the fridge and freezer going

We bought this second unit to daisy chain for AC in our small Jayflight camper, works like a charm. We needed two machines to get AC started (then we can turn one off to keep it running after the units are running for 15
mins. or so) Not too heavy, fairly quiet for a generator. If you don’t need AC, you may be able to use just one. We have had our first one for 4 years and no issues, glad we got this second one.

I bought the I Power generator to replace an older, more obsolete unit, to be used during our frequent and many times extended power outages during storm events. It was advertised as quiet, easy to move around, start, efficient, and have long term reliability. All claims are true so far and I’m very happy with the performance to date.. The control center is state of the art with all the best safety features (CO monitoring, engine controls, operating data, and alarms) that anyone could expect. It’s so quiet I cannot hear it unless I’m in the room closest to it (~30 feet away). The inverter technology produces such a clean power that it doesn’t interfere with radio reception and I can plug a laptop into it without fear of and electrical power damage to sensitive electronics.
