Don’t spend your money on this, my buddy bought the cheap china one, worked perfectly! This one was double the price, leaks out the bottom seal, no parts breakdown, they want you to take to a repair center…. Well oil spill, jeans ruined, should’ve bought China! So sad I must say:(

Good pump and fit works perfect so much easier to empty drum gradually and no mess

a pump like this is the standard for oil and antifreeze ,Its not ideal for potable water .

I have 7, 55 gallon drums of different products in my small shop. This pump works very well with oil based products. The swivel valve at the end really helps to keep the top of the drum clean. I don’t use it for products like windshield washer fluid. Plastic pumps work better for that.

Overall works great, minimal leaking, just small drips at the tip after usage. Had to use pipe tape to make the end sit in a good position and be tight, this is why I gave it four stars. Have two and they have held up well, being used for about 10 months now.
Have uses a couple other pumps and this is by far the least messy.
