Stops bleeding fast where other products fail. Should be in every first aid kit. Sometimes pressure and regular gauze just don’t stop the bleeding, especially on head or soft areas where pressure can’t be applied. Especially important if you’re taking blood thinners. Works amazingly well.

product works well according to my ems friends, hope i don’t need to use it

Just bought some of this two days ago for my car first aid kit. Today, I ended up with a deep slice across my left index finger. I’m on blood thinners, so it was instantly a problem.
Elevated it, and threw one of these around the finger, then wrapped it.
It was a very deep cut! But QuikClot and direct pressure did such an amazing job that I didn’t even need stitches when I followed up at urgent care.
Highly recommended! As I’m leaving urgent care, I’m already replacing that QuicClot in the kit.

I like the proven reputation of QuickClot Advanced Clotting Gauze, which is why I paid more for the name brand. The packet I received today November 2, 2024 has a Lot date of 2024-03-14 and an Expire Date of 06/2027.

Lifesavers if you are on blood thinners. These provide instant clotting to small cuts or scrapes that won’t stop bleeding.

Hope never to have to use it. We’ll see if it works on that fateful day should it come. There is a best before date on it of a couple years.

As a law enforcement officer, There were countless time where I used this when it was issued to us. It does what it says. I now have extra for on duty and off duty incidents. Stacked with a tourniquet, it does save people lives from bleeding-out during major life-threatening injuries.

I payed for what’s in the picture but they sent me a pack that had 2 of them inside. Maybe its a mistake. Packages are good and sterile. Enough gauze in there for most wound sizes. I’ll put 1 in each of my medkits to combine with an Israeli bandage that will secure this tightly to a leaky wound

This stuff can literally be a life saver. Good to have in any first aid or survival kit. The military uses it, because it works.
