I thought this pectin would be more acidic, like other pectin products I’ve tried, but it wasn’t. I was already expecting that it would need hot water to dissolve, and it did take some time to liquefy the gummy mass. I wanted to find out the difference between apple pectin and citrus pectin, and also the difference between usual commercial products and pure pectin. Now I have a better idea.

This product is awesome for making jam without any garbage in it! The only downsides are that this product is very expensive and you have to use a lot of this for a small amount of jam and when you follow the directions on the front and mix water with the pectin it comes out to a clumpy, messy, unusable disaster.

We use this for extra fiber in my daughter’s diet. It’s mixed into her protein shakes every day. You can’t even tell it’s been added to the chocolate shake. This was prescribed by my daughter’s medical professional. We are very satisfied and seeing improvements in my daughter’s health.

I love this stuff. I actually just add a teaspoon to my smoothies and it keeps me nice and regular. Not sure how it tastes because I’m always masking it with smoothie, but it’s definitely not making my smoothie taste bad. 10/10

I have always had a hard time getting my jams to set and I do not like to use the commercial products. I came across this gem of a product and it is amazing. It works perfect to thicken your pie fillings and your jams. I used the directions on the front and it made it too thick, so start small and the results are fantastic.
