Things you don’t know can sometimes hurt you! But if you rotate the freeze dried broccoli and eat it just once a week, then that may help overcome any allergies that may be due to repetitive eating!

I like using the freeze-dried vegetables. They’re handy for what I want to make a quick small pan of soup I don’t have a lot of chopping and I don’t have to keep a lot of fresh vegetables that might go bad because I didn’t use them quick enough. I mix the broccoli the corn the peas together and I also keep containers of each separately. The only trouble with mixing them together though is they’re edible without being cooked and they’re still quite tasty. And I usually end up snacking on them and empty the container very quickly. Definitely going to keep buying them.
