Opened the tub and there are no bag leaks or powder in there, everything seems fine. Didn’t try anything but I’m not expecting it to be yummy, I’m expecting it to provide calories and be consumable in an emergency situation. Maybe in a few years we’ll try one pack just to see.

Purchased this brand product after reading about other brands . The Readywise brand had great reviews . Wanted this for use in case of emergency. Came as stated but i did break open sealed container to visually inspect items . We found 2 had been perforated but the rest were ok. We did call the companies customer service and explained what our issue was with product. The company made good and shipped out to us 2 replacements which were placed back into container .
Container comes sealed up , has a 25 year shelf life . Only needs water and heat to cook such as a stove or open fire . Good to have in case of severe weather and or emergencies where you could be homebound more than a week .

This is one of those types of items that I hope to never truly need but it gives me a lot of peace knowing that it is there for me in a time of need. The bucket shipped quickly and arrived without any damage. It feels like it is well made and will be shelf stable for a long time. I assume I will probably open it and test some of the meals on my next camping trip to test them out but as of right now this bucket is sitting safely with my other emergency items.
