Wegen der Farbe etwas günstiger bekommen. Aber Recht teuer. Hält er aber was es verspricht. Test unter der Dusche. Klappt.

The pen is very nice. I love that there is nothing on it – no symbols, logos, words, etc. The all-brass construction gives it a nice weight. My only complaint is a very slight amount of wobble between the top and bottom sections.
I tried comparing it to a regular ballpoint pen, using Rite In The Rain paper, underwater. Both pens worked surprisingly well underwater – the real magic is in the paper! Both pens were more faint and skipped more underwater, but both the regular pen and Rite In The Rain pen were perfectly legible writing completely submerged. The regular pen was a little smoother overall.
If you really are just writing in the rain, use a regular pen without worry. If you need a pressurized pen because you’re going to be in an environment where it is necessary (high altitude, need to write upside-down, etc) then these work great.
These pens and inserts are made by Fisher and the only difference between these and the Space Pen are supposedly proprietary ink formulation. But, since I didn’t notice any performance difference between the Rite In The Rain version and a standard ballpoint pen, I doubt it will make any difference – get the Space Pen if it’s cheaper.
Overall I really like the pen and the pressurized insert is great at what it does, but a standard ballpoint pen is still smoother and writes darker in “standard” conditions.

I enjoy this pen, however it doesn’t always like to write on the first try. I usually have to start it my making a scribble on my black work pants and then it writes fine. A little annoying at times. The paint is starting to ship a bit on the top of the pen, but I like the orange color to be able to see easily.

I use this whilst working in a warehouse and its not let me down yet. Writes on paper, card, stickers and my hand when covered in muck and grime with no problem. Not tried it in the rain yet (warehouse doesn’t leak) but it does all that it claims to so far.
If I were to nit pick the clip on it is REALLY tight which does make it secure but a pain to clip on and off sometimes. There are occasions where I’ve had to scrawl for a second or two to get the ink flowing but it’s literally a second or two then it works fine. Writes at 90° vertical with no issues, metal casing is nice and strong (been dropped a few times and doesn’t show it) and generally looks sexy and functional. The only other thing I’m not crazy about is that it can be pretty easy to unscrew the two halves. Never had it totally unscrew but a quarter turn every now and then makes me slightly twitchy.
That’s literally all I can criticise it on. Great little pen that I swear by to the point where I’ve just ordered myself a spare and my father and brother will be getting one for Xmas (along with the RiR pads which are also Lucille-level AWESOME)
Nothing is indestructible or infallible but for the money this is as close as you can reasonably expect.

durable clicker pen, but can loose its feel or grip over time, depends on how much you use it

Great quality, works as advertised, and I love the colors. The only negative is that it is quite expensive for what it is, and the refill aren’t cheap either. However, I only intend to use it for navigation and notes while in the field, so it should last quite a while. Also, as long as you bring a few pencils as backup (a good practice in general), even if it runs out, you can still take notes. For a waterproof backup, a wax crayon or wax pencil works great. Recommend if you can afford it. There are some alternative, less expensive brands making similar pens that are purported to do the same thing, but I haven’t tried them so I can not give an opinion
